- Breakfast buffet: 6:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
- Wait-service lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Wait-service dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The Guest House restaurant is on the ground floor. Large windows make for a pleasant and open dining experience. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. The restaurant is open to Argonne employees and is available for special events, with seating for 210 people.
Our chef Chris Kaminski has constantly delighted visitors with his tasty recipes. Chris was trained at Washburn Trade School in Chicago and at the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked as a chef of Arlington International Race Course and House of Blues in Chicago and New Orleans.
