Sodexo and Argonne Welcome the Chef at the Guest House Restaurant.
Chef John Kevin Jones is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and the Culinary Institute of America. He has served as Executive Chef for the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International and Bennigans Restaurants. He is recipient of the 2009 Wyndham Iron Chef Award. Chef has created new menus for the Guest House.
In addition, the Guest House operates the 401 Grill in building 401 (Advanced Photon Source).
Guest House Restaurant Hours:
- Breakfast buffet: 6:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Wait-service lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Wait-service dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday:
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
