The Guest House restaurant is on the ground floor. Large windows make for a pleasant and open dining experience. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served Monday through Friday. Breakfast served Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant is open to Argonne employees and is available for special events, with seating for 210 people.
The culinary team is lead by Executive Chef John Kevin Jones. “Chef Kevin” is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and the Culinary Institute of America. He has served as Executive Chef for the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International and Bennigans Restaurants. He is recipient of the 2009 Wyndham Iron Chef Award and Sodexo’s In My Kitchen Featured Chef 2019. The Chef’s personal favorite restaurants are Café Ba-Ba-Reeba! and the Brazilian Steak House.
